The Linklo website faced issues with random stock illustrations that not only distracted from the written content but also failed to provide any meaningful insight into the product. This led to users finding it difficult to grasp what the platform actually looked like prior to scheduling a demo.
Our solution involved adding UI-based animations with subtle movements yet rich in clarity, effectively showcasing the product and its features. This enables users to get a feel for the product and think about how it can work for them and their business before committing to a demo.
The UI was simplified and slightly abstracted, allowing quick comprehension and room for the product to evolve. Careful consideration was given to maintaining a balance between animation and textual content on the site, ensuring that animations remained subtle to prevent undue distraction. This was particularly challenging for the animated pop-ups, which required a delicate balance of being eye-catching without overwhelming the user.
The animations were exported as Lottie files to ensure they remained lightweight and scalable, making them ideal for web integration. This project also gives a design base for future UI illustrations and animations as the website grows.
